Health Project Implementation Unit State Agency (HPIU)

• The HPIU was established in accordance with the RA Government Decree N 765 dated December 22, 1999.
• Currently, the HPIU operates in accordance with the RA Government Decree N 1550.
• The founder is the RA, represented by the RA Government.
• The Ministry of Health of the RA is an authorized person of the RA Government.
• The main objectives are the implementation of projects as approved by the RA Government utilizing the foreign states and international credit lending organization sponsored funds provided to the Health Ministry of RA as issued by RA Government
